Job Description
ECU Department of Information Technology and Computing Services ( ITCS ) is currently seeking a Digital Production Assistant to assist with the following: Digitizing and processing images text audio and video for online display Performing quality checking and proofreading Generating digital surrogates via scanning Creating and updating database records Harvesting preservation metadata using various command line scripts Creating derivatives of scanned items stored in the online repository Posting processing image files to fulfill the requirements of the library and or library patrons Manipulating and consolidating data in Microsoft Excel and Word
