Thisrole is heavily focused oncustomerinteractionwhere building trust guiding conversations confidently and providing solutions are key to addition to outreach you will perform approved intermediate level repairs. Youll receivespecific training; however light mechanical and/or tool knowledge is recommended.

- Help people understand why recall repairs matterand why they shouldnt wait
- Guide customers step-by-step through scheduling service with local dealerships
- Answer questions ease concerns and confidently handle objections
- Track your progress and conversations in our systems in real time
- Work independently while hitting goals and making a visible impact
What You Need
- High School Diploma(orequivalent)
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation
- 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience
- Light mechanical/and or tool knowledge.
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to work Saturday and occasional travel
- Strong communication customer service and follow-up skills
- Physical ability to get in and out of yourvehicle ascend and descend stairs work in outdoor weather conditions and move objects weighing up to twenty pounds.
PreferredQualifications
- Automotive background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
