Onsite production support GM experience preferred

Were looking for an experienced FANUC Robot Programmer to provide production support at an automotive plant in Flint MI. This is a 6-month contract and candidates with GM plant experience are strongly preferred.

What Youll Do

• Provide onsite production support for FANUC robotic cells to keep lines running at rate
• Troubleshoot and resolve robot faults to minimize downtime
• Perform path touch-ups program edits and optimization as production needs change
• Support weld material handling and dispense applications as needed
• Work with production maintenance and engineering teams and document all program changes

What Were Looking For

• Hands-on FANUC robot programming experience in an automotive production environment
• GM plant experience strongly preferred including familiarity with GM standards
• Strong troubleshooting skills in a live production setting
• Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs (Preferred)
• GRS Certified(Heavily Preferred)
