The Position: Were looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner. Your package would include a very competitive salary of $115000 to $135000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Current New York License Required
- Performing Health Assessments
- Treatment and Care Coordination

- Some Telehealth and Home Visits (Rare)
Responsibilities:
- Monday- Friday Flexible Hours
- 20 to 25 Patients per day
- Full Support Staff
