Family Nurse Practitioner

A healthcare facility near Lebanon New Hampshire is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team!

Pay: $55.00 - $100.00 / hourly

Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent opportunity

Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• Evaluate diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  
• Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings
  
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
  
• Provide patient education and health counseling
  

Family Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of Nurse Practitioner experience in a primary care setting
  
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire
  
• BLS certification required upon hire
  
• Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
