You are a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO)
Youve completed an accredited residency program
You hold or can obtain an Indiana medical license
Youre comfortable managing preventive acute and chronic care

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: Starting at $220000 based on experience
Health insurance: Employer pays 70%
Dental & vision insurance
Retirement: 403(b) with a 5% employer match
PTO: 5 weeks
7 paid holidays plus 3 floating holidays
CME: $4500 annual stipend plus CME time
Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100000
