Facility Manager

CT Green Property is seeking an entry-level Facility Manager to join our team in Hamden. This full-time on-site position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to start a career in construction and facility management.

As a Facility Manager you will support the daily operations of our properties ensuring they are safe well-maintained and efficient. You will work closely with maintenance staff vendors and property teams to uphold the quality and standards of CT Green Property in the construction industry.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $74500 - $106500 along with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services
• Inspect buildings and equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Manage work orders and track completion status
• Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with health safety and building codes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues
• Support budget management by monitoring expenses and supplies
