Basic trouble shooting/repairs on Electrical Plumbing walls & floors. Utilizing ladders and lifts. Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations and industrial standards and practices such as NFPA DOT ANSI OSHA etc. Proficient computer skills and MS Office
Requirement: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
Must be capable of developing job knowledge/skills.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.g. Faciliworks)
OSHA NFPA EPA and/or other related education or professional credentials a plus.
HVAC Plumbing or Electrical certifications a plus.
