Role Definition:
Provide maintenance installation and consulting support for building and infrastructure requirements of a manufacturing facility or site. This position will lead projects related to sand transportation industrial gases industrial ventilation scrubbers and resins.
Responsibilities:
Identify work-related hazards and performing necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers environment and site.
Work closely with all departments to ensure requirements are clearly defined when proposing future projects along with how to make current processes more efficient.
Must have the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment to propose the best path forward.
Must have the ability to communicate actions and activities that maximize organizational performance.
Communicating with suppliers technical support to address equipment or infrastructure disruptions.
Performing routine-to-complex engineering work potentially on multiple or large facilities.
Manages planning execution and control of small to medium scope facilities projects. Provides products and services to clients requirements.
Degree Requirement:
Degree or equivalent experience desired
Skill Descriptors:
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Basic knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Working knowledge and understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Working knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Project Management: Working knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Technical Troubleshooting: Working knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches tools and techniques; ability to anticipate recognize and resolve technical issues on hardware software application or operation.
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Previous experience in industrial application and environments
- Foundry Experience is plus but not required
- Degree preference: Technical degree

Summary Pay Range:
$112710.00 - $169060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
