Facilities Manager
Job Summary
- Oversee the operation maintenance and lifecycle management of all facility systems including HVAC cleanrooms utilities (WFI RO systems) electrical plumbing and building infrastructure.
- Ensure facilities are maintained in a state of compliance with GMP FDA OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability and uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability efficiency and sustainability of facility operations.
- Manage external contractors service providers and vendors ensuring quality and compliance with Aldevron standards.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of facilities technicians and facilities coordinators.
- Several years of experience in facilities preferably in biotech pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing critical utilities.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance/reliability programs.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams.
- Ability to lift move or carry equipment up to 50lb use hands walk and reach as applicable
- Internal and external audits (FDA client audits regulatory inspections).
- Commissioning qualification and validation (CQV) processes.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP and regulated environments such as cleanroom environments.
