Facilities Manager

• Oversee the operation maintenance and lifecycle management of all facility systems including HVAC cleanrooms utilities (WFI RO systems) electrical plumbing and building infrastructure.
• Ensure facilities are maintained in a state of compliance with GMP FDA OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability and uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability efficiency and sustainability of facility operations.
• Manage external contractors service providers and vendors ensuring quality and compliance with Aldevron standards.
• Lead mentor and develop a team of facilities technicians and facilities coordinators.

• Several years of experience in facilities preferably in biotech pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing critical utilities.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance/reliability programs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams.

• Ability to lift move or carry equipment up to 50lb use hands walk and reach as applicable

• Internal and external audits (FDA client audits regulatory inspections).
• Commissioning qualification and validation (CQV) processes.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP and regulated environments such as cleanroom environments.
