Facilities Maintenance Technician Level 2

• Execute site maintenance across multiple products including installation and software deployment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to identify and resolve root causes
• Apply Level II technical skills and perform advanced system maintenance tasks
• Recommend and document technical solutions and procedures within scope
• Work independently while leading and supporting other field service engineers
• Train and mentor technicians; use schematics and diagnostic tools to service electromechanical systems

Requirements:

• 2-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training (military/technical school accepted)
• 4 years of semiconductor field service or related technical experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents schematics and regulations
• Proficient in basic math including algebra and geometry applications
• Skilled with PCs and software such as MS Office Excel and Windows

• Detail-oriented flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in a team environment
• Strong customer service focus with a commitment to high satisfaction

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time able tobend twist push/pull crouch kneel in confined spaces work at heights on a ladder and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
