Description:
You will be the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Facilities Maintenance team which is responsible for managing plant facilities infrastructure and equipment on a largescale production campus.



What You Will Be Doing


As the Facilities Maintenance Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations maintenance planning and workforce leadership.




Supervise and develop trade personnel and salaried staff handling recruitment training performance assessments work assignments and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Manage production machinery and equipment directing emergent corrective and preventative maintenance activities.

Plan schedule and allocate department resources to ensure priority projects are completed on time and within budget.

Ensure compliance with safety environmental design and build requirements while applying appropriate policies and procedures.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and equipmentrepair issues promptly providing technical guidance as needed.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
-Prior Management and/or Leadership experience in a heavy industrial plant setting

-Prior maintenance of critical machinery and equipment systems

- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
Desired Skills:
-Facility Maintenance Supervisor experience specifically in Mechanical and Electrical Operations

-Experience leading effectively in a challenging environment with all levels of personnel including internal and external customers

-Technical skills and knowledge of critical equipment maintenance that supports the product and infrastructure systems

Work Schedules:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California Massachusetts and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey Vermont Washington or Washington DC is $90200 - $159045. For states not referenced above the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
