Extruder Machine Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented high-performance Extruder Machine Operator to join our manufacturing this role you will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining extrusion machinery to ensure the continuous production of high-quality materials. Responsibilities Include:

• Set up adjust and operate extrusion machines according to production specifications and blueprints.
• Monitor machine parameters (such as temperature speed and pressure) and make real-time adjustments to maintain product consistency.
• Load raw materials into the machinery and ensure proper blending or feeding.
• Perform routine quality checks measurements and inspections on finished products to ensure they meet strict company and client standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions perform basic preventative maintenance and report complex mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Accurately document production logs material usage and quality control data.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Extruder Operator or in a similar machine operation role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with heavy industrial machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and production schedules.
• Basic math skills and precision measuring capabilities (using calipers micrometers or gauges).
• High-performance grit with the physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong attention to safety protocols.
