Responsibilities

• Process all new vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.

• Prepares tax andtitledocuments.

• Stock vehicles

• Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• Adviserunneras to what is being doneon a daily basis.

• Verifies that funds have been collected before processingtitleapplicationsandcompliesall deals.

• Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.

• Complies andmaintainsa complete list of all status of any missing or problem titles.

• Stays abreast oftitleregulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rulesoperatingand maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

• Ability towriteroutine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees oforganization.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages areacircumferenceand volume.

• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written oral or diagram form.

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• CDK experience a plus not a requirement
