Experienced Staff Analyst

Company:

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst to join our C-17 International Field Services and Sustainment team in Warner Robins GA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives
• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
• Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
• Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
• Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
• Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
• Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
• Develops and deploys localized training content
• Assists in management of budgets as Cost Account Manager
• Interfaces with US government security focal to provide access for Boeing teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules and calendars
• 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
• 3 years of experience providing support to multiple customers such as vice presidents directors and managers
• 3 years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
• Experience utilizing organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to stakeholders
• Experience using and administrating SharePoint
• Experience developing and executing employee engagement strategy
