The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst to join our C-17 International Field Services and Sustainment team in Warner Robins GA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
- Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
- Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
- Develops and deploys localized training content
- Assists in management of budgets as Cost Account Manager
- Interfaces with US government security focal to provide access for Boeing teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules and calendars
- 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- 3 years of experience providing support to multiple customers such as vice presidents directors and managers
- 3 years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
- Experience utilizing organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to stakeholders
- Experience using and administrating SharePoint
- Experience developing and executing employee engagement strategy
