Brazos Home Care is growing in the Navasota and Brenham areas and we need seasoned caregivers who are ready to hit the ground running!!

What youll be doing:

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities

• Supporting clients with mobility meal prep and light housekeeping

• Offering companionship and maintaining client dignity at every visit

• Keeping the care team informed of any changes in client condition

What were looking for:

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (CNA/HHA certification a plus)

• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation youll need it out here

• Someone who works well independently and takes initiative

• A steady trustworthy presence that clients and families can count on
