We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to senior management within our plastics manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will manage schedules coordinate meetings prepare reports and correspondence maintain confidential records and help ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives and senior management
Manage calendars appointments meetings and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and meeting minutes
Screen and direct phone calls emails and other communications
Organize and maintain confidential files records and documents
Coordinate meetings conferences and company events
Assist in preparing operational and management reports
Liaise with internal departments customers vendors and business partners
Track deadlines projects and executive action items
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Support office administration and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Office Management or a related field preferred
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Minimum Experience: 1 year
