Position SummaryThe Executive Protection Team Leader (EPTL) / Lead Body Agent is responsible for planning coordinating and executing protective operations for corporate executives high-net-worth individuals family offices and other protected persons. This position serves as the primary operational lead for protective details ensuring the safety security and continuity of the principals activities while managing personnel logistics and risk mitigation ResponsibilitiesLead and manage executive protection operations during domestic and international as the primary protective agent and trusted advisor to the and execute protective operations plans advances route surveys and contingency threat assessments and identify vulnerabilities related to travel residences offices and event transportation accommodations venue security and local and supervise body agents drivers residential security personnel and constant situational awareness and proactively identify emerging with executive assistants corporate leadership family office personnel law enforcement and third-party security operational reports advance reports after-action reviews and security emergency response procedures including medical incidents security threats and evacuation all protective operations are conducted professionally discreetly and in alignment with client QualificationsMinimum 7 years of Executive Protection military law enforcement or protective security 3 years in a leadership or supervisory conducting domestic and international protective operational planning advance work and logistics management communication leadership and decision-making drivers license and clean driving to travel extensively and work flexible QualificationsMilitary Special Operations Federal Protective Service Diplomatic Security or specialized law enforcement driving CPR AED or advanced medical supporting C-suite executives founders family offices or high-profile security licenses firearms permits CCW HR218 or equivalent Protection Local Body AgentPosition SummaryThe Executive Protection Local Body Agent provides close protection support for principals during daily activities meetings events and travel within their assigned area of responsibility. The agent serves as a visible and proactive security presence while maintaining a professional and low-profile approach that supports the principals daily ResponsibilitiesProvide close protection coverage for executives family members and designated protective formations and security protocols during movements and public venue assessments route reconnaissance and site security suspicious activity and implement appropriate protective transportation operations and coordinate with drivers and advance communication with team leaders and other security personnel throughout with access control crowd management and emergency response daily activity reports and incident operational readiness of assigned equipment and communications confidentiality regarding all client information and QualificationsMinimum 3 years of Executive Protection military law enforcement or security understanding of protective operations and situational awareness communication and interpersonal to remain composed in high-pressure drivers license and clean driving to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and QualificationsExecutive Protection experience supporting corporate executives or high-net-worth or law enforcement AED and First Aid driving security licenses and firearms permits where Characteristics for Both RolesProfessional appearance and discretion and customer service judgment and decision-making to work independently and within a team attention to detail and operational to protecting the client while maintaining a seamless and unobtrusive security presence.
