Serves as the highest ranking executive of the organization accountable for its longterm viability integrity and success.

Sets the organizations purpose strategic direction and values ensuring alignment between owners the Board and executive leadership.

Exercises ultimate authority over organizational priorities risk and resource allocation and is accountable to the Board for all aspects of organizational performance and conduct.

Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing branding media communications and customer experience initiatives.

Acts as the primary client contact leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes.

Oversees account performance commercial stewardship operational efficiency resource coordination and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction profitability and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
