Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain exceptional standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Train and mentor culinary team members in techniques and best practices
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Develop and manage kitchen budgets and financial reports
Innovate new dishes and culinary concepts to enhance the dining experience
Respond to customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu offerings
Requirements
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant
Strong culinary skills with a passion for scratch cooking
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
