In this role you will oversee all kitchen operations ensuring that our scratch-made dishes maintain the highest quality standards. You will be instrumental in menu development staff training and maintaining a productive and positive kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards are met
Develop and implement seasonal menus showcasing scratch-made dishes
Manage kitchen staff providing training and mentorship to enhance their skills
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost effectively
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures
Continuously seek ways to improve kitchen efficiency and service
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to create innovative and appealing menu items
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
