PROJECT MANAGER

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in Jonesboro AR. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various real estate projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan organize and manage real estate projects from start to finish

- Develop project timelines budgets and resources allocation

- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project is on track and meets quality standards

- Coordinate and manage contractors subcontractors and other project team members

- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships

- Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards

- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management

- Manage project documentation and record keeping

- Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to ensure project success

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes and regulations

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

- Leadership and team management skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Real estate license is a plus
