Description
The Division of Supervision and Regulation is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive high-level administrative support to a senior leader. This critical role requires a seasoned professional with demonstrated expertise supporting senior executives in fast-paced complex regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior leader.
Manage complex calendar with multiple competing priorities including meetings with Board Members Federal Reserve Bank Presidents regulatory agency officials and industry representatives.
Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests ensuring appropriate preparation time and strategic scheduling.
Anticipate senior leaders needs and proactively address administrative requirements.
Draft edit and proofread correspondence memoranda and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Coordinate communications with Board Members offices Federal Reserve Banks and other key stakeholders.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Plan and coordinate high-level meetings conferences and briefings including logistics materials preparation and follow-up.
Manage videoconference and hybrid meeting technology and logistics.
Prepare briefing materials agendas and background documents.
Arrange and coordinate participation in Board meetings FOMC-related activities and interagency meetings.
Track action items deadlines and follow-up requirements.
Arrange complex domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries security requirements and expense reporting.
Coordinate travel for official Federal Reserve business conferences and international regulatory meetings.
Process travel authorizations and expense reimbursements in accordance with Federal Reserve policies.
Manage travel during crisis situations with flexibility and efficiency.
Process invoices purchase requests and budget tracking for the senior leaders office.
Assist with preparation of materials for Board presentations and decision memos.
Support division-wide events and initiatives as requested.
Skill requirements / Experience Requirements
10 years of progressive senior administrative experience required with at least 5 years supporting C-suite or director-level executives in government financial services or regulatory agencies.
Proven track record managing competing priorities in fast-paced high-stakes environments.
Experience in confidential regulatory or policy-focused settings strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Federal government operations and protocols is highly desirable.
