About the Role

Seeking a highly organized proactive and polished Executive Assistant to support senior leadership specifically our Chief People and Experience Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars scheduling travel coordination and meeting logistics.

• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership.

• Prepare presentations reports agendas and meeting materials.

• Support cross-functional projects and help manage follow-up on key initiatives.

• Organize team events leadership meetings and executive offsites.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a dynamic environment.

• 5 years of executive support experience supporting senior-level leaders.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving high-growth organization.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• High degree of professionalism discretion and attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and scheduling tools.

• Demonstrates proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to streamline workflows enhance productivity support executive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
