We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President of Global Connected Solutions. This role is ideal for a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and takes pride in ensuring executives operate at their highest level of effectiveness.
What Youll Do:
- Manage a complex global calendar coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and prioritizing executive focus on key business objectives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including itineraries accommodations transportation and logistics.
- Prepare executive briefings meeting materials agendas and supporting documentation.
- Manage expense reporting and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate customer meetings leadership sessions executive visits and other high-profile engagements.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational challenges proactively identifying solutions before issues arise.
- Provide office coordination support for the Ft. Lauderdale location helping maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
- Support team events offsites town halls and leadership meetings.
- Assist with administrative and scheduling needs across the Connected Solutions leadership team as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism discretion and sound judgment.
What Youll Need:
- 58 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with travel and expense management systems such as Concur or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative in-office environment.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive service-oriented mindset.
