Job Summary
MW Partners is currently seeking a Executive Assistant II to work for our client who is a global leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across executive leadership teams as needed.
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Exercise sound judgment in all communications and decision-making.
Office & Administrative Support
- Ensure the Executives office runs smoothly and is equipped for daily operations.
- Liaise with IT HR Legal and other corporate functions as needed.
- Assisting with specialized projects such as event coordination for June 3-4 Streaming Finance Annual Meeting.
- Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience supporting senior executives ideally within large complex organizations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail Docs Drive Calendar) MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) calendar management tools and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams Zoom).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
- High degree of professionalism integrity and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
