Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage complex high-volume calendars across multiple time zones and competing priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings leadership offsites and recurring business rhythms
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion
- Anticipate what your leaders need before they ask and act on it
- Partner with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless coverage and support
- Solve problems that dont come with a playbook resourcefulness is the job
- Manage travel logistics expense reporting and event coordination
- Communicate clearly and concisely on behalf of leadership when needed
A day in the life
No two days look the same and thats the point. - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 3 years of executive assistant experience
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
