This role focusses on PM Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy (DOE/NNSA NFO) DOE National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Nevada Field Office (NFO) Generally Located In North Las Vegas Nevada; with potential work in Mercury Nevada and across the Mountain West / Southwestern Region Region (Of Country/World) Work On Client Site.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Executive Administrative Assistant (Administrative & TQP Support) Executive Operations Support Office of the Manager Scheduling & Correspondence FOIA / Records NNSA0010010
- Provide executive-level support across the Office of the Manager and assistant-manager organizations.
- Manage complex calendars appointments meetings conference rooms telephone coverage reminders and executive workflows.
- Draft format revise proofread print and route technical and nontechnical correspondence reports basic spreadsheets and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas capture minutes track actions compile status packages and coordinate in-person or remote events.
- Coordinate domestic and foreign travel reservations authorizations and vouchers; support timekeeping reviews.
- Maintain records physical mail data entry correspondence/action systems FOIA logs request correspondence and associated records.
- Provide backup coverage and cross-train with the administrative team.
Qualifications :

Proven executive or senior administrative support experience in a high-demand environment; exceptional discretion with sensitive information; professional customer service; mastery of office workflow correspondence quality scheduling meeting support travel coordination and records control. Federal DOE/NNSA nuclear-security or other regulated-environment experience preferred.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration communications or a related field preferred; equivalent directly relevant experience may be accepted.
- Minimum target: 5 years of executive or administrative support including complex scheduling confidential tasks and senior-leadership interaction.
- CAP or comparable administrative credential preferred.
- Proven executive or senior administrative support experience in a high-demand environment; exceptional discretion with sensitive information; professional customer service; mastery of office workflow correspondence quality scheduling meeting support travel coordination and records control.
- Federal DOE/NNSA nuclear-security or other regulated-environment experience preferred.

Other Details
Core full-time primarily onsite position. 40 hours per week Monday-Friday excluding Federal holidays; active and available during 0900-1500 core hours. Supports authorized conferences assessments and meetings in person or remotely.
