Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative clerical and special project support to executive leadership. This role requires independent judgment professionalism confidentiality and strong organizational skills to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Screens telephone calls and visitors using discretion and judgment.
Manages executive calendar meetings travel arrangements and conference coordination.
Prepares confidential correspondence reports presentations meeting minutes and related materials.
Supports Board and Committee agenda processes meeting logistics and documentation.
Maintains confidential electronic and paper files.
Coordinates special projects gathers information and tracks assignment completion.
Promotes excellent customer service to patients staff physicians and visitors.
Supports patient safety and quality initiatives through adherence to organizational policies and reporting systems.
Performs additional administrative duties as assigned.
