About the Role

We are seeking a reliable hands-on and detail-oriented Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces for promotional activities brand activations and special events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work staying organized and being part of a team that brings events to life.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event spaces according to provided instructions.

• Arrange tables displays signage and promotional materials.

• Organize event supplies and ensure materials are ready before activities begin.

• Help maintain clean safe and organized event areas.

• Support the breakdown and storage of event equipment after activities.

• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.

• Assist with general event needs as they arise.
