Job Summary

We seek a meticulous thorough and organized Estimator to join our growing team in the Commercial Weatherproofing division.
Duties

Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects (fluid/sheet waterproofing sealant spray foam or traffic coating projects)
Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials labor and equipment
Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns

Requirements

Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial weatherproofing/waterproofing cost estimation
Proficient in construction estimating software

Details

Pay Rage: $80k to $100k annual bonus opportunity
