Job Summary

ESTIMATOR (HEAVY CIVIL)

We are seeking an experienced Estimator specializing in heavy civil construction to develop accurate competitive cost estimates for large-scale projects. This role requires strong analytical skills knowledge of heavy construction processes and the ability to produce detailed estimates that support profitable bidding.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze heavy civil construction drawings and specifications
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for labor materials and equipment
Develop competitive and accurate cost estimates
Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain pricing
Prepare bid documents and support proposals
Analyze project risks and benchmarks

Requirements

5 years of heavy civil estimating experience
Strong knowledge of heavy construction methods
Proficiency with estimating software
Excellent analytical and attention to detail
