Position Details

• Locations: Gilbert Chandler Mesa Tempe and Ahwatukee assignments matched within 20 minutes of your preferred area
• Hours: 46 hours per week Availability needed MondayFriday 4:007:00 PM
• Compensation: $18$27/hr (contract position) performance bonuses

What Were Looking For

• Required: Demonstrated experience working with English Language Learners (ELL) in a tutoring or classroom setting
• Experience in ESL instruction language acquisition strategies and differentiated support for non-native speakers
• Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree
• Strong communicator who can adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles
• Reliable transportation to travel to students homes
• Genuine passion for education and helping ELL students succeed
• Bonus: TOEFL certification or currently working toward it is a strong plus
