What Youll Be Doing
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders haul trucks and excavators safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Load transport and stockpile materials in accordance with production needs
- Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations

- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
