We are seeking a motivated and experienced National Recruiter specializing in contract and direct placements within the energy sector encompassing oil & gas commercial nuclear renewables and data center industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering construction and project management roles with a proven ability to connect top talent with dynamic organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify attract and recruit qualified candidates for engineering construction and project management positions across the energy sector.

• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs project timelines and specific skill requirements ensuring alignment on candidate profiles.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed of industry trends competitor activities and emerging talent pools within oil & gas nuclear renewables and data centers.

• Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through networking industry events and proactive sourcing strategies.

• Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process including scheduling candidate preparation and feedback collection while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Offer Negotiation: Lead discussions regarding compensation benefits and employment terms ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to hire.
