We help candidates get licensed and placed in either of the two highest-earning insurance fields:
- Property & Casualty (P&C): Focus on protecting peoples assets through auto home and business insurance.
- Life & Health (L&H): Focus on protecting families and individuals through life insurance retirement planning and health benefits.
How Our Pipeline Works
- Prepare & Study: We provide the guidance and study track options to get you ready for your state exam.
- Get Licensed: You take and pass your state licensing exam in your chosen track.
- Get Placed: We immediately work to match and place you with an established insurance agency looking for talent.
- Earn Your Success Bonus: After completing your first 30 days at your matched agency we issue a success bonus that covers the vast majority (if not more) of your total pre-licensing and exam costs.
What You Will Do (Post-Placement)
- Build and maintain client relationships within your matched agency.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct sales presentations follow up on leads and close new business.
- Achieve monthly sales and retention goals.

Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- No prior insurance experience required. Backgrounds in sales retail hospitality or customer service transfer perfectly.
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Disciplined schedule management to complete independent study hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a state-mandated background check (required by the Department of Insurance for licensures).
