Manufacturing Associate

Location: Memphis TN
Department: High Voltage Disconnects/Switches
Shift: 2nd Shift MondayFriday 3:00 PM11:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Manufacturing Associates to join the High Voltage Disconnects/Switches department in Memphis TN. This position is responsible for assisting with the assembly and manufacturing of high-voltage electrical components while maintaining quality productivity and safety standards.

• Assemble high-voltage disconnect and switch components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand tools power tools and other manufacturing equipment safely and correctly.
• Read and follow work orders diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks throughout the shift.
• Maintain required production rates while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Properly handle and organize materials parts and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report defective materials equipment issues or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing assembly or production experience is preferred.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain regular attendance.
• Must be able to work the full 2nd shift schedule MondayFriday from 3:00 PM11:30 PM.

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to bend reach stoop and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
