The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the organizations risk management framework by identifying analyzing and quantifying risks that may impact strategic and operational objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights enabling informed risk-aware decision-making across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Analyst (Level 1)
Support risk identification exercises by gathering and documenting stakeholder inputs
Maintain and update the enterprise risk register ensuring data accuracy
Perform qualitative risk assessments using established frameworks
Collect and organize data for risk scoring and heat map development
Validate risk data integrity
Prepare draft reports and assist with management dashboards
Format and proofread risk documentation and presentations
Participate in workshops capturing notes and action items
Track mitigation plans and follow up with risk owners
Manage monitoring schedules and review timelines
Support ERM initiatives with assigned tasks
Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory updates
Analyst (Level 2)

Independently facilitate risk workshops with business units
Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk analyses
Develop risk models estimating probability and financial exposure
Design and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Perform scenario analysis and stress testing
Deliver risk reports and executive-level presentations
Act as ERM liaison for assigned business units
Coordinate risk assessment timelines across functions
Collaborate with audit compliance legal and finance teams
Develop mitigation plans aligned with risk tolerance
Monitor mitigation effectiveness and escalate risks
Manage small-to-mid ERM projects
Senior Level
(Typically 5 years of experience)
Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and methodologies

Education
