Highlights of your role
Manage strategic supplier partnerships including performance development and ongoing relationship management
Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers
Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities ensuring alignment with business objectives
Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost quality delivery and overall value
Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data
Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
A bachelors degree in business supply chain management finance or a related field
7-10years of experience in supply chain procurement leadership project management or a related field
Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skillsincluding contract-related experience
Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions
Also want to make sure you have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products
Purchasing process and systems knowledge
Leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
