Job Information:

• Students: Two siblings aged 5 and 8 taking individual back-to-back classes
• Location: Lessons are to be held at the students home in Hoover AL 35226 (near Heritage Preschool of Ross Bridge on 2700 Ross Bridge Pkwy)
• Availability:Monday Wednesday or Thursday at 9:30 AM or 10:00 AM
• Lesson Frequency and Duration: Once per week 1 hour per child
• Current English level:To be assessed - they understand and speak English but not fluently
• Native language: German
• Studentslanguage needs and goals:Improving their language skills; they also need support for school

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored dynamic effective and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient effective and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
• Degree or certification in language teaching education instructional design writing language linguistics second language acquisition or related field
• Minimum of two years of ESLteaching experience
• Experience working with children is a must
