Engineering Technician I

As an Engineering Technician I you will:

• Complete preventive maintenance guest service calls engineering projects and general repairs (painting caulking plumbing electrical etc.).
• Diagnose and repair plumbing electrical HVAC appliance and electronic issues including basic component replacements.
• Install program and troubleshoot TVs remotes and other in-room tech devices.
• Assist with inventory checks and ensure materials parts and tools are available.
• Use hand/power tools and software systems (e.g. HotSOS) safely and effectively including working at heights with proper PPE.
• Identify hazards follow safety protocols and comply with all resort policies and procedures.
• Interact positively with guests and staff maintain a professional appearance and support resort leadership with assigned tasks.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma required.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Engineering/Maintenance/Trades operations within a resort or commercial environment.
• Must communicate effectively with immediate supervisors and resort leadership.
• Written and verbal communication in English is expected.
• Must be detail-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various tasks perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Regularly the team member must lift move push or pull up to 50 pounds.
