Engineering Program Manager, Services Data Science & Analytics

The Services Data Science u0026 Analytics organization develops insights and machine learning solutions to help continually improve these Services and accelerate growth while maintaining a strong dedication to customer privacy and is seeking a self-starting Engineering Program Manager to manage a portfolio of analytics projects.

The Services Data Science u0026 Analytics Engineering Program Manager (EPM) will drive delivery of a portfolio of technical data science and engineering projects across a complex organization. You will develop processes track schedules and status and act as a catalyst for your teams building plans setting expectations and removing roadblocks while cultivating relationships across dozens of teams from engineering to leadership. Given the sensitive data involved a strong commitment to privacy is essential alongside seasoned program management skills and a belief in data-driven results.

Own a portfolio of analytics initiatives for a given service (or services) collaborating with Data Science Business Intelligence Data Engineering Product Engineering QA Legal and other teams to ensure delivery of scalable privacy-friendly data and complex cross-functional and comprehensive project plans independently tracking multiple concurrent projects including scope requirements timelines roadmaps project plans resource allocation stakeholder management communications and risk mitigation both within the team and with multiple project contribute to the evolution of the Services Data Science u0026 Analytics PMO by refining and scaling processes tooling and leadership through exceptional verbal and written communication taking ownership of work with thoroughness and thoughtfulness exhibiting tact in attention to key details escalations and communications and motivating and inspiring project teams and colleagues.

7 years of hands-on program management experience specifically with initiatives involving analytics Big Data data governance AI and/or data engineeringnDeep expertise in data science and analytics workflows and/or data engineering conceptsnExcellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environmentnDemonstrated ability to communicate extraordinarily well with strong facilitation and presentation skills and a knack for fostering positive relationshipsnProficiency with project management code management and AI tools such as GitHub JIRA Zenhub Asana Wrike Keynote Claude ChatGPT or equivalentsnProven experience operating with natural accountability self-motivation curiosity flexibility and a dedicated problem-solving mindset

BS in Information Systems Data Science Computer Science Business or Engineering preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience including data analytics experience with business acumen and data comprehensionnFamiliarity with data governance data privacy licensing or responsible AI principles
