Qualificationsfor the role:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field and 8 years of Engineering experience ORequivalent years of experience required; 2 years of leadership experience preferred

• Proven expertise in project and engineering risk management with the ability to apply agile methodologies design thinking and data-driven insights to solve complex problems and drive effective decision-making

• Strong leadership and people development skills combined with the ability to provide technical consulting coaching and guidance

• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time; Valid Passport with no barriers is required

• Candidates must already haveworkauthorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
