Position Overview
We are seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design implement and support enterprise endpoint management solutions across large-scale Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Intune endpoint security device lifecycle management and modern endpoint administration ensuring secure compliant and highly available endpoint services.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and device compliance.
Design and implement endpoint security policies configuration baselines and compliance controls.
Manage device provisioning enrollment deployment patching and lifecycle activities.
Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain endpoint security posture and support remediation of compliance gaps.
Support operating system and application deployment strategies.
Monitor endpoint health performance and compliance status.
Collaborate with security infrastructure and service desk teams to improve endpoint management processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation operational procedures and deployment standards.
Support enterprise mobility and modern device management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of IT experience.
Minimum 6 years of endpoint engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Strong Windows endpoint administration experience.
Experience implementing and supporting endpoint security solutions.
Experience integrating endpoint platforms with SIEM solutions.
Knowledge of endpoint analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with enterprise patch management and device compliance programs.
Familiarity with modern workplace and endpoint management technologies.

Success Profile
Candidates should demonstrate proven experience managing large enterprise endpoint environments administering Microsoft Intune implementing endpoint security controls and supporting device management throughout the entire lifecycle.
