End User Computing (EUC) Analyst
Location: Northbrook IL
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time (Onsite)
Bell Flavors & Fragrances is a global manufacturer of flavors fragrances botanical extracts and ingredient specialties headquartered in Northbrook Illinois. We are seeking a service-oriented End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to join our IT team and support end users across a multi-site manufacturing environment.
In this role you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support troubleshoot endpoint and application issues manage device lifecycle activities and support Microsoft 365 and Intune-managed environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys problem-solving customer support and working across both office and operational settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware software peripherals and connectivity issues.
- Deploy configure maintain and troubleshoot endpoint devices and user-facing technologies.
- Support Microsoft 365 Intune and enterprise productivity tools.
- Manage tickets user access requests patching and documentation.
- Participate in incident response activities and an on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma required
- Associates Degree or higher strongly preferred
- 5 years of experience in IT support desktop support or EUC roles.
- Strong experience with Windows support Microsoft 365 and Intune or similar MDM tools.
- Experience supporting users across multiple locations; manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting communication and customer service skills.
- Citrix VDI experience is a plus.
