Were hiring an Employment Specialist to join our growing staffing team! If you have experience in recruiting talent acquisition staffing customer service business development or inside sales wed love to hear from you.

• Source screen interview and place qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage job orders and support hiring needs
• Generate new business through outbound sales and marketing calls
• Coordinate interviews onboarding and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

• 2 years of experience in Staffing Recruiting Talent Acquisition Human Resources Business Development Inside Sales or Customer Service
• Experience with sourcing interviewing and candidate placement
• Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
