Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Executiveto join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the overall servicing of a book of business specifically large group accounts (50 lives). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process annual renewal workflows and day-to-day servicing needs.

• Salary Range: $90000 - $130000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

• Manage the servicing of a book of business including large group accounts (50 employees).
• Oversee the initial onboarding process for new accounts.
• Handle annual renewal workflows and ensure timely execution.
• Address and resolve day-to-day servicing needs for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with theservice team to ensure seamless account management.
• Travel as needed for open enrollment periods.

• Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Employee Navigator and Agency Block is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Background in competitive sports is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
