The University of Florida Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking exceptional board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join our faculty as integral members of the department. This search will support the continued growth of our clinical services across UF Health and the State of Florida and they offer a clear path to build your career in education research and clinical leadership alongside an accomplished group of colleagues.

The Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida-Gainesville is an independent academic department within the College of Medicine. With the substantial infrastructure and resources from the States Flagship University dedicated to the missions of research and education we are committed to training medical students residents and fellows to become superior well-rounded clinicians that have the skills to become educators researchers and leaders in emergency medicine.

Successful candidates will join our growing department in a non-tenure-accruing position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Associate or Full Professor. You will become part of a group of more than 60 full-time EM faculty 13 fellows 42 residents and over 200 department members supporting the expansion of clinical services in our community and across the state.

• Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Florida
• Fellowship training or a demonstrated clinical focus within emergency medicine
• Prior academic appointment or experience as a clinician-educator
