Your Contribution:

• Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid reliable software delivery
• Monitor system health performance and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis. Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
• Manage and optimize infrastructure (currently in CGM hosted datacenter potentially looking to move to Azure/AWS type environment in future). Manage configuration secrets and environment pipelining across dev staging and production environments
• Support disaster recovery planning backup strategies and business continuity processes
• Manage/execute maintenance window tasks for example partnering with IT team to coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of system patches

Your Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of DevOps Site Reliability Engineering or infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Subversion GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP. Strong scripting skills in Bash Python or PowerShell
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog Grafana or Prometheus preferred
• Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes a plus
