Description: You will be the Electro Mech Assembler for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald PA. Our team is responsible for assembling precision electromechanical components harnesses and circuit cards to support highperformance defense systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electro Mech Assembler you will be responsible for operating equipment populating circuit cards and building complete electromechanical assemblies while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work in a team or solo environment to assemble components and main assemblies.
Supports the manufacture of harnesses circuit cards and miscellaneous assemblies.
Diligently follow work instructions to ensure product specs performance targets and qualitylevels are met.
Form Components and hand or machine populate circuit cards.
Operate various equipment such as but not limited to Laser wire stripperscrimpers pneumatic tools etc.
Perform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub miniature components and parts asassigned.
Building of precision Electro Mechanical Assemblies wiring of assemblies and sub assemblies.
Supports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activities.
Contribute to a safe working environment by following safety requirements.
Work to ESD Requirements.
Use hand tools computers and other equipment to manufacture the product.
Ability to perform all jobs within work area.
Ability to multi-task sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Assist in the training of employees as assigned.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
